Trapani: Coral cave

,

The architect Antonino Cardillo bought a former in the heart of Trapani and converted it into a beacon of modern interior architecture, a place of meditation and experience. It mattered to him to use modern building materials to establish a connection with the coral reefs off Trapani, for whose working into jewellery the town was famous.
